Refund policy
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your consumer guarantees or any other rights you may have under Australian law.
Change of mind returns
For change of mind returns, items must be returned in their original condition. This means the item must be:

unworn, unused and in the same condition you received it;

with any tags still attached;

in its original packaging where possible; and
-
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at media@raaus.com.au so we can assess the issue and help make it right.
Where an item does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. For major problems, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:

gift cards;
-
personalised or custom-made items;
-
digital products or downloads, where applicable;
-
items marked as final sale, unless required by law; and
-
items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or are not in resaleable condition.
Sale items are not returnable for change of mind unless stated otherwise. However, sale items are still covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
Exchanges
The quickest way to arrange an exchange is to contact us at media@raaus.com.au. Depending on stock availability, we may offer an exchange, store credit or refund.
For change of mind exchanges, the item must meet the return conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at media@raaus.com.au.
