The scholarship is a support program for people with a demonstrated interest in aviation who are considering an aviation career. The program is particularly focussed on young people who have commenced flight training but who may, due to financial limitations, find it difficult to fly regularly. RAAus also offers scholarships for people over 25 years of age, to complete training for issue of an instructor rating and for people to complete training for Maintenance.
